2. Our Products All crystals, specimens, jewellery, and gift items are described as accurately as possible. Due to the natural nature of crystals, each piece is unique — colour, size, and pattern may vary slightly from photos. Additional photos or videos are available upon request before purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in EUR. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping Orders are shipped via An Post. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, bank holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds Our return and refund process is outlined in our Refund Policy. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
