Ireland Shipping

Postage to Ireland will be sent through A Post. 

Ireland- Your tracking number will be provided when your order has been fulfilled. Tracked postage is a standard cost of €9.50

Expect delays due to strikes, bank holidays, other holidays or weather disturbances.                                                                                                                  

LKW Crystals take no responsibility if your mail has been delivered but claimed to have ‘gone missing’ or claimed it has ‘not been delivered’. We have tracking and proof your parcel was delivered therefore once it’s delivered - it is your responsibility to receive it or leave in a safe place.  

LKW Crystals take no responsibility if you have chosen standard postage without tracking if your parcel is not delivered. We keep proof of postage for all parcels.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. For EU deliveries outside Ireland, please allow additional time. Import duties or customs charges may apply for orders shipped outside the EU — these are the responsibility of the customer.

 

UK Shipping (United Kingdom)

We ship to the United Kingdom via tracked postage at a flat rate of €12.50. Your tracking number will be provided once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery after dispatch.

Important — Customs & Import Duties: As the UK is no longer part of the EU, orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to UK import VAT and customs duties upon arrival. These charges are set by UK customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. LKW Crystals is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or delays caused by UK customs processing.
