Ensure you are happy with your item's size and quality before purchase. Additional photos or videos can be sent upon request.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at lkwcrystals@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for withdrawal returns.

We will issue a full refund — including your original outbound shipping cost — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: mystery boxes, gift cards, or personalised/custom-made items.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with a photo or video to lkwcrystals@hotmail.com or @lkw_crystals on Instagram. We will offer a partial refund or a return at our discretion. If a return is approved, items must be returned within 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs for damaged item returns. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met.
