Refund policy

 

Ensure you are happy with your items size and quality before purchase. Additional photos or videos can be sent upon request.

 

Products may only be returned if they arrive damaged or broken. Within 48  hours of receiving your parcel, please send a picture or video to either lkwcrystals@hotmail.com or lkw_crystals on instagram. We will then make a decision on a partial refund or will offer a return. If a return is offered, products must be returned with 14 days. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, mystery boxes and gift cards.

If you have had your parcel for longer than 48 hours the damage your crystal receives is no longer our responsibility. Please take extra care in handling your new items.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
