Right of Withdrawal

Your right to cancel

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email). You can contact us at:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returning your goods

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us. Please send returns to:

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, or within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, whichever is later. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions — items that cannot be returned

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised (e.g. custom crystal sets or engraved items)
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
• Goods which have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
